replacing selfsigned certificate

Has anyone replaced the self signed certificate with a real one. Server is
now live just wondering about cat to certificates together I didn't even
know that could be done.

I think this is straight forward as it uses OpenSSL. For example,
please look at guide below, which I found when planned to install
Godaddy SSL cert. Unfortunately they said they cannot issue high
assured SSL to Mongolia.
