Blocking mails to external id's

I am newly installed a Qmail server for internal network mailing purpose.
But users can send the mail to external email id's. how can block this,
please help me

Why do you want to block emails ?

Remove the connection to the internet :-) Simple

Dear Ajan,

Just give the command after creating the user test-+***@public.gmane.org
# vmoduser -i -r test-+***@public.gmane.org

This will solve your problem.

The mail boxes already exist that CBS is for new accounts only
