:-) what are you using for imap?

Courier imap ? Whatever service you have it's not acceptin connections or
the service is down. Was this working before? Explain how you got to this
error

Ajan:

Looks like your IMAP server is down or unreachable... Which IMAP
server have you installed? Do you know how to check its current state?
Could you give us more details on your implementation?
